From Steel Town to CEO…
It’s been quite the rollercoaster, starting from a challenging childhood. I was always the girl with a big personality.
Growing up in a small steel mill town, the common path laid out was pretty straightforward –land a job at the local steel mill. But deep down, I always had this intuitive feeling that I was meant for something more, something bigger. Life’s thrown my share of curveballs.
I faced my fair share of setbacks. The trauma of physical and sexual abuse played a major role in my life in both negative an positive ways. Drinking, drugs, and zero self-worth. Heck, I found myself homeless at one point, but life has a way of surprising you.
Fast forward to 1997, and there I was brainstorming with three millionaires and a billionaire about creating a new healthcare sector calling itself assisted living. The question was should we start a group to lobby and represent assisted living providers in Arizona. That’s been my world ever since, developing the regulatory framework, advising providers, and advocating for assisted living in Arizona.
Looking back, I see all those chances I missed because I was scared to stand out, always thinking I was being noble by letting others have the spotlight.
In 2023, I turned a new leaf by quitting drinking. I spent the year transforming my life. Asking the question, Who am I? Who do I want to become to live my best life? How do I get there? That was a game-changing decision.
I developed a roadmap I named ‘Blue Rose Blueprint,’ a 7-step guide to help you change the story you tell yourself about your past. Change your self-image and become the person you know is hiding within.

My new mission? My new focus is on helping women find their ‘Blue Rose.’ It’s all about healing, loving yourself, and stepping up your game in life and business.
I’m doing this through coaching, workshops, and retreats. I am writing my fourth book about taking your ‘Blue Rose Journey’ and learning how to own your voice and take back your power.
My mission is to empower women to learn to love themselves fiercely and begin to live a life of a postive inner voice and happiness.
