Leader or Follower?
Peacock 🦚 or Duck 🦆. It’s a choice you must make if you want to be a leader. Why? Because as a leader, you must be willing to step up and take center stage. In good times and bad people turn to those willing to take charge even when they do not want to.
When I was early on in my leadership journey, I was told I was a ‘duck.’ Surprised me. No one had ever told me I was not a leader…ever in my life. This comment created a Shadow within and caused me to doubt myself and the decisions I made. I was eventually able to resolve this inner feeling and take charge of any situations related to the one many years ago.
You see, Shadows don’t just happen when you are young. These Shadows occur at all ages especially when you are vulnerable. Have no fear though I can show you how to being these Shadows into the light, heal them or at least bring understanding to them and move forward…to STEP INTO YOUR POWER!
Are you the WD40 or the Complainer
Take Control of Your Life!
What does WD40 and taking action have to do with anything? In our office building, the lock on the 3rd-floor restroom has been broken for a week. All people have done is complain about it. Well, it is your choice. You can be the person who complains about the lock being broken. Stand and spend 5 minutes complaining about it. Then SETTLES for going to another restroom. Or you can bring in WD40 and fix the lock. Do you know only 10% of people take action and the rest wait? Wait to be rescued, wait for someone to help them, wait for the perfect time and perfect opportunity. Don’t be the broken lock people. STOP 🛑and TAKE ACTION. We live in an energetic universe where energy is what moves mountains. If you want your dreams, then take action. It is as easy and as hard of that. Be the WD40!!
