Winds of Change is fast approaching.
When we have dust storms here in Arizona they are unique. Leading up to and through they just make a mess. I know this is an understatement dust is never clean.
However, after tthe Winds of Change the dust settles its quiet and peaceful. Everything settles down and you can sense the ‘in between.’ This is where your next level lies. You know what I mean. The level where your friends and business associates are at wiht the great jobs, fantastic clothes, large travel budget and everything else they have in their life.
Yet you continue to struggle and for every step backward you take 3 back. Always wondering when it will be your turn, your moment in time.
Well…stand by its fast approaching.
Intentional Happiness
Intentional Happiness is a way to say…be happy or don’t be happy. It’s all YOUR choice!
I know people who say its not their fault they aren’t happy. Instead its genetics, bad circumstances, or something under NOT under their control. But why? Why give away your power and more importantly a more fullfilling life?
If you choose to be happy the Universe will do everything it can to direct more great things your way. Positive people earn a higher salary, have more meaningful jobs, great relationships and report overall satisfaction with their life.
What the heck…isn’t it worth it to just try and be happy for say 7 days. Just try for 7 days to be happy. Put a rubber band on your wrist and when you find yourself being like Eeyore snap the rubber band. This technique will help cement your new state of mind and within 30 days you will have created a much happier YOU.
