I have come out of the spiritual closet many times but seem to run back in. For some reason I am challenged to call myself an Intuitive. No idea why there is a reason just not sure what.

As a Spiritual intuitive I have proven repeatedly I am able to  ‘see’ what is the niche that is perfect for you while helping you monetize this niche.We all have gifts! We must accept our gift regardless of how it makes us feel and stand in it. Are you standing in your greatness?

Does your business support your souls purpose and all its possibilities? When working are you in your Zone of Genius or not? I see so many people that have a great plan but aren’t good at the execution of the plan. Or they are just not happy doing what they feel called to do.

Before taking one more step…decide is this the place, business or job for you? If you hesitate to answer then you may be dousing your own fire.

What happens when you forget your customer.

Bridge of Troubled Water is what happens when you over promise and under deliver. Remember its the small things that your customer places the highest value on. Therefore its also the intersection for their biggest disappointment.

The customer calls/emails to ask for something, you say of course. Then you forget or can’t even do what was asked but in your rush to please you said yes. The customer nevers says a word. Never tell you about it.

Then it happens. They don’t review or just stop shopping there but you don’t notice. Until it happens a few time and you finally see a pattern. An issue with your sales team, customer service team or you. Sadly by then its way too late.

Set up systems now. When a customer calls and mentions how disappointed they are you team knows to forward this complaint. They are comfortable acting on it.

This most likely will save the customer.
