As women approach 40-55 we start thinking about making changes to our life and start taking control over our decisions and future. Some of you decide its time to change jobs, change spouses or better yet decide to start the business of your dreams.

Then when children start high school, college, or moving out, we crave “more” from our life and decide it’s our time. We just ‘feel’ it is time to discover our soul purpose.

We spent a great deal of our life caring for others. There was not even enough time to start to think about the big question of ‘who am I.’ Instead we fell into bed at night exhausted. We may have forgotten who we were on the inside, within our heart.

Now here you are standing at the crossroads of your life asking ‘Is this the sum total of my life?’ the answer to that exact question may scare the crap out of us!

But I can assure you that if you take the time ask the deeper question then relax into it and trust the answer you receive the Universe will provide the correct answer.

Shhhh, the answer lies within the white space of the Universe.
