Family holidays spent together can bring a Shadows out faster than the speed of light.  Parents, sibling and other relatives can push buttons to light you up like no other person can.  They intuitively know exactly what to say and when to say it to drive you crazy.  But if you take the time to pay close attention to what is actually upsetting you then you can begin to unravel that shadow.  Finally when you are able to discover the largest shadow your life will begin to take on new more authentic meaning.
